🛌 Sofa Bed
In apartments equipped with a sofa bed, we prepare it for you if more than 3 guests (aged 3+) are registered. Upon request, we are happy to set it up for 2 guests as well. Please let us know in advance.

🚅 Rail Replacement Service (SEV)
Due to construction, a rail replacement service is expected to operate from U-Bahn station Poccistraße until September 2026.

🧳 Guest Locker
If you wish to store your luggage on your arrival or departure day, you can use our complimentary, video-monitored Guest Locker in the basement. Use your Guest Locker PIN Code (GPC) to access the building and the locker.

🔑 GPC: Your personal PIN code will appear in your Guest App as soon as you have completed your registration form.

🕐 Early Check-In
On the day of your arrival, we will automatically notify you as soon as your apartment is ready. While we cannot predict the exact time yet, you will be the first to know—and it will be ready by 3 PM at the latest.

🕞 Late Check-Out
Out of consideration for our housekeeping team, we do not offer late check-outs. Check-out is strictly at 11 AM. However, if you help our housekeeping team out by taking your trash to the courtyard and loading the dishwasher, we’ll hold off on knocking until 11:30 AM.
