🧳 Guest Locker
If you’d like to store your luggage on your arrival or departure day, you can use our video-monitored Guest Locker in the basement free of charge. You can access the building and the locker room using the Guest Locker Pin Code (GPC).
🔑 GPC: you will find the code in your guest App after you completed the registration

🕐 Early Check-In
On the day of your arrival, we’ll automatically send you a message as soon as your apartment is ready. We can’t say exactly when that will be yet, but you’ll be the first to know 😉 — and it will be by 3 PM at the latest.

🕞 Late Check-Out
Out of respect for our housekeeping team, we do not offer late check-outs. Check-out is at 11 AM sharp. However, if you give our housekeeping team a little head start, we won’t knock until half an hour later. To do this, simply take your trash to the bins in the courtyard and load the dishwasher.

🧹 Vacuums & Washing Machines
You can find these in the laundry room in the basement.
