🛌 Sofa Bed (Suite / Penthouse)
When will the sofa bed be prepared?
✅ For 3–5 guests (aged 3 and older)
❌ Not automatically for 1–2 guests (aged 3 and older)
If there are only two of you and you'd still like the sofa bed prepared, no problem! Just let us know at least one day before your arrival, and we'll have everything ready for you.

🕞 Late Check-out
To allow our housekeeping team enough time to prepare the apartments, we do not offer late check-out.
Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM. However, we do offer a free 11:30 AM check-out option. You'll find more information on the apartment door.

Need a place to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out? You're welcome to use our free, video-monitored Guest Locker in the basement. You'll receive a Guest Locker PIN (GPC) that gives you access to both the building and the Guest Locker.

🕐 Early Check-in
Early check-in is always free of charge. On your arrival day, we'll automatically notify you as soon as your apartment is ready. Unfortunately, we can't predict exactly when that will be—but you'll be the first to know. 😉

We provide the following free of charge:

Bottle warmers
High chairs
Please let us know as early as possible if you need any of these.
For safety reasons, we only provide pillows and blankets for children aged 2 years and older. If you're travelling with a child under 2, please bring a sleeping bag.

If you'd like to cook a little more during your stay, you're welcome to borrow additional kitchen appliances. Available on request: Air fryer / pizza oven, Microwave
We'll be happy to bring them to your apartment.

🦠 Phishing Emails
There are currently phishing messages in circulation that may include your name and your correct booking details. Unfortunately, hackers occasionally gain access to this information (for example, Booking.com experienced a security incident in April 2026).
How to recognize phishing messages
They often threaten to cancel your booking unless you complete a verification.
The links are often long, unusual, or look suspicious.
Be aware that email programs can display a short-looking link while it actually leads somewhere completely different. If you're unsure, copy the link into a text document to check the real destination before opening it.
